Booking Policy
To secure any makeup service, lesson, masterclass, or commercial booking, a non‑refundable, non‑transferable booking fee is required at the time of booking. Your appointment is not confirmed until this payment has been received within 7 days of receiving payment details.
All remaining balances for weddings, events, and commercial bookings must be paid 14 days prior to the service date via bank transfer, or by cash payment on the day before services commence.
Online lessons, in‑person lessons, and masterclasses must be paid in full prior to the session.
For weddings, a minimum of four makeup services is required for travel bookings.
Final numbers must be confirmed one month prior to the wedding date. Any reduction in numbers after this time will still be charged in full.
By booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all Terms & Conditions.
Refund Policy
All booking fees and deposits are strictly non‑refundable and non‑transferable under any circumstances. This includes cancellations, change of mind, reduction in service numbers, or inability to attend lessons or masterclasses.
Payments made toward services (excluding the booking fee) may be refundable only if I am unable to perform the service due to illness or emergency, and no replacement artist is available. In this case, you may choose a refund or transfer to another artist approved by you.
Products, goodie bags, and digital materials included in lessons or masterclasses are non‑refundable.
No refunds are provided for dissatisfaction with makeup once the service has been completed, as makeup is a creative service and results may vary based on skin type, conditions, and client preferences.
