Terms & Conditions

Booking Fee / Deposit & Payments

  • A non‑refundable and non‑transferable booking fee/deposit is required to secure your appointment or wedding date.
  • Your date is not confirmed until the booking fee has been received within 7 days of receiving payment details.

  • The booking fee is deducted from your final invoice.

  • Wedding invoices must be paid 14 days prior to the wedding date via bank transfer, or by cash payment on the day before services commence.

  • For weddings, a minimum of four makeup services is required for travel bookings.

  • Any reduction in final numbers within one month of the wedding date will still be charged in full.

Cancellations, Rescheduling & Changes

  • Refund your booking fee or
  • Arrange for a trusted replacement artist (with your approval).

  • All booking fees/deposits are strictly non‑refundable and non‑transferable.

  • Rescheduling 6–12 months prior to your wedding or 1-2 weeks for events may be transferable at my discretion.

  • Any changes to location, timing, or service numbers must be communicated as soon as possible.
    These changes may affect your quote due to travel fees, early call‑outs, or scheduling adjustments.

  • In the unlikely event that I become extremely unwell or unable to perform services, I will contact you immediately and:

Travel, Parking & On‑Location Requirements

  • Travel fees may apply depending on the distance required.
  • Any hotel, parking, toll, or valet fees incurred due to your location will be added to your invoice.

  • If onsite parking is unavailable, you must notify me so alternative arrangements can be made.

  • For early‑morning bookings, additional fees may apply.

Photos, Content & Social Media

  • I may use photos or videos taken during or after your appointment for my website, portfolio, and social media.

  • If you prefer not to have your images used, please notify me prior to your appointment.

Allergies, Hygiene & Health Conditions

  • It is your responsibility to disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or medical skin conditions before your appointment.

  • Without a provided ingredient list or prior notice, I cannot be held responsible for any reactions.

  • If you or anyone in your group has a contagious illness (including conjunctivitis, cold sores, open wounds, staph infection, flu, head lice, etc.), you must inform me immediately.

  • I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is infectious to protect my kit, brushes, and other clients.

Makeup Trials (Bridal)

  • Bridal trials are highly recommended and take place at my home studio in Yarrabilba, Logan.

  • Please prepare for your trial as you would for your wedding day (brows, lashes, tan, skincare, etc.).

  • Trials are 1.5 hours and allow us to explore colours, styles, and techniques to perfect your bridal look.

  • Please bring inspiration photos and wear neutral or white clothing for best visual accuracy.

Makeup Requirements (All Services)

  • Please arrive with a clean, moisturised face on the day of your appointment.

  • It is your responsibility to test any new skincare or treatments prior to your event.

  • If you have concerns about products, please notify me before your appointment begins.

Lessons, Masterclasses & Group Sessions

  • All deposits for lessons and masterclasses are non‑refundable.

  • Online and in‑person classes must be paid in full prior to the session.

  • For group classes, final numbers must be confirmed 14 days prior.

  • Goodie bags (where included) are prepared based on confirmed numbers and cannot be altered last‑minute.

Commercial, Editorial & Photoshoot Bookings

  • Half‑day and full‑day bookings require a non‑refundable deposit.

  • On‑set time includes makeup application, touch‑ups, alterations, and look changes as required.

  • Overtime fees may apply if the shoot exceeds the agreed duration.

Timing, Delays & Late Arrivals

  • Please ensure all participants are ready at the scheduled start time.

  • Delays caused by the client or bridal party may reduce the quality of service or result in incomplete applications.

  • If the delay impacts my schedule, a late fee may apply.

Behaviour & Environment

  • A safe, respectful environment is required at all times.

  • I reserve the right to refuse service if a client is aggressive, intoxicated, or behaving inappropriately.

Liability

  • I am not liable for any allergic reactions, injuries, or issues arising from failure to disclose medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities.

  • I am not responsible for any issues caused by weather, tears, excessive sweating, or external factors after the service is completed.

Agreement

  • By paying your booking fee/deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
